Role of the Remuneration Committee
The role of the Remuneration Committee is to support the Advisory Board in advising the C&AG as Accounting Officer in the areas of - terms & conditions of employment, job descriptions, pay settlements and succession planning. It may also advise on issues relating to structural change exercises such as organisational development, job evaluation and role reviews.
The Remuneration Committee will meet as required, but at least once per year.
