We are currently undertaking work in order to produce this publication. Details of when we aim to publish the finalised report are indicated below.
The aim of our review is to assess and evaluate current practices related to raising concerns in the public sector and identify any barriers, including culture, that may prevent individuals from reporting their concerns. The review will also consider raising concerns data across the public sector to identify potential trends, as well as identify any possible gaps in data collection.
We aim to publish in early 2026.
