This report considers the social and economic impact of tenancy fraud and misuse, and the current approach of the Department for Communities, the Northern Ireland Housing Executive and Registered Housing Associations RHAs in tackling it.

It follows a 2013 Northern Ireland Audit Office report on the same topic, and a subsequent Inquiry by the Northern Ireland Public Accounts Committee.
